Trip code: GDS-BIZ 13 Itinerary: Hanoi – Halong - Fansipan ConquerDuration: 7days / 6nightsDetailed itinerary:Day 1: Hanoi Upon arrival in Noi Bai International Airport, Hanoi city you will be met by our trip leader who will be with you through your stay. Then drive to down town for check into hotel. After that, we have an orientation walk around the neighborhood. We together tonight enjoy a welcome dinner at Vietnamese local restaurant. Stay first night in Hanoi Meals: 1 DinnerDay 2: Hanoi - Halong After breakfast this morning, we start our tour of Hanoi with a visit to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the national leader whose memory is honored here. We will also visit The House on stilts, see the distinctive One Pillar pagoda. Moving out of this, we will visit the Temple of Literature, where Vietnam’s first university was established here in 1076. After lunch at local restaurant, we set off for Ha Long Bay of Vietnam where our hotel is located right on the shore. Some of the roads are pretty rough, but the journey offers quiet views of the flat green countryside dotted with rice paddies and small villages, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We arrive in the early afternoon and transfer to hotel for check. We tonight have dinner at Vietnamese restaurant with traditional music. Stay overnight in Halong Bay Meals: 1 breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 DinnerDay 3: Halong Bay - Hanoi Rising early you may have a chance to see the sunrise in Halong Bay. After breakfast, transfer to pier for embarkation the private boat to discover spectacular Halong Bay, listed as a World Heritage of outstanding natural beauty. With its clear, emerald waters and mountains draped in velvety cloaks of vegetation, “The bay of the descending dragon” is dotted with more than 3,000 mountain islands rising from the clear emerald waters of the Gulf Tonkin, many of them containing beautiful grottoes. A 4-hours boat cruise will lead you to visit Thien Cung cave and Dau Go grotto, stone Dog, Fighting Cocks.... Fresh seafood lunch will be served on board. After the boat cruise, we return to Hanoi for dinner at local restaurant before transfer to Hanoi railway station for the night train to Lao Cai. The accommodation for tonight will be in soft sleeper berths on the express train (standard cabin includes 4 berths per cabin) Meals: 1 breakfast, 1 Lunch. 1 dinnerDay 4: Start Climbing Early arrival in Lao Cai, pick up and transfer to Sapa for our start to climb up the Fansipan mountain. After refreshment, about 9:00am a Jeep will take you to the top of Tram Ton Pass (Heaven Gate) via Silver Waterfall where you start your adventure. It is easy at the beginning and getting harder and harder .all the way up on the back born of the mountains with huge and long valleys on two sides. Landscape here is so beautiful. The camp site at about 2,700 m. (above the sea) Meals: 1 breakfast, 1 Lunch. 1 dinnerDay 5: Summit Day This is the day to reach the top. After breakfast cooked by your porters or guide your group starts again and about 12 o'clock you get to the top. Nice time for photos, shouting and to be proud of yourself. After a picnic lunch on top, you come down back by different way. It is quite difficult because it is really steep sometimes. The camp is at about 2,100 m by the stream, really relaxing as the hardest day is over. Meals: 1 breakfast, 1 Lunch. 1 dinnerDay 6: Back to Sapa – Hanoi After breakfast, you start your trip back to Sapa. It takes about one hour to climb up and more than 2 hours down before you meet Sinchai Village Where your jeep takes you back to Sapa. Check into hotel. Nice shower and rest. Free in the afternoon. 6: pm proceed to Lao Cai for the night train to Hanoi . Meals: 1 breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 dinnerDay 7: Hanoi DepartureEarly arrival in Hanoi, pick up and transfer to local restaurant for breakfast. Then transfer to hotel for check in and leisure. Rest of the day is free for you to go shopping until transfer time to Noi Bai Int’l airport for departure flight. Meal: 1 breakfast | | | | |
